Thelma J. Sanborn, age 82 of Hazel Park, MI. She passed away on March 4, 2011 at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, MI. Thelma was born on February 11, 1929 at her family home in Detroit, MI. She is survived by her children; C Read Obituary
Thelma gave so much of herself to her church and community. She was admired by all of us who knew her through the fortitude she displayed in scouting, church work and with the CCW. She will be missed by many. My condolences and prayers go to her family.

I belong to St. Mary Magdalen Parish and would see Thelma in church every week. I met her at a couple of meetings at the church and was inspired by her dedication and enthusiasm. She will truly be missed. May she rest in peace.

I only knew Thelma a few months but in that short time she was such an inspiration! We will miss her but we know the Lord is taking care of her very well and that is what she worked her whole life for!!!! I will be praying for family that they will be comforted by warm memories and by the promise that they WILL get to hug and kiss her again! Rest in Peace Thelma!
