Phyllis Martz's Obituary
Phyllis Martz, age 86, passed away July 8, 2014.
Beloved wife of the late Charles Martz. Loving mother of Judy Rairden and Kathy (Mark) Ladouceur. Cherished Grandmother of Kimberly Warren and Michelle and Travis Ladouceur. Proud Great Grandmother of Daniel, Anthony and Dickie. Sister of Jean FitzPatrick and David (Barbara) Masterton. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Phyllis was very involved in the Order of the Eastern Star, serving as Worthy Grand Matron in 1976-1977. She remained active serving on many committees in the following years and active in her local Birmingham Chapter No: 220.
Phyllis and Charlie belonged to The First United Methodist Church in Birmingham, MI, where she served as Church Historian for many years.
As her health declined in recent years she was unable to continue on in these roles but she was always well respected by all who knew her.
Private Family interment will be at a later date.
