Marianne J. Hilla, age 84 of Madison Heights, Michigan passed away on January 12, 2021 in Highland, Michigan. She was born on May 14, 1936 in Ochsenfurt, Germany to Alfons and Hedwig Frey.
Beloved Wife of Donald E. Hilla. Cherished Mother of Donald (Cristina) Hilla and Michelle (Alex) Meduvsky. Grandmother of 15 and Great-Grandmother of 1. Sister of George (Heide) Frey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 14th beginning at 5:30 pm with a Rosary Service at 7:00 pm at St. Dominic Chapel (please see dress code below), 765 N. Hickory Ridge Road, Highland, Michigan 48357. The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 15th at 10:00 am at the church. Burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township, Michigan on Friday at 1:00 pm (Section 21, Lot 2010, Grave 6).
DRESS CODE FOR WAKES AND FUNERALS
LADIES must wear dresses or skirts at least covering the knee, with at least short sleeves, not low-cut in either front or back, nor xceedingly
tight; they are also requested to wear a head covering in the church. No slacks, please.
MEN must wear both a jacket and a tie.
ALL are kindly asked to observe a reverential silence while in church.
