I was roommates with Kent at Penn State in the 96/97 school year. I took a trip on to Michigan for a weekend at the lake probably sometime in the summer of 1996. Kent was in my brothers class so was a year older than me and I had so much respect for him. He was driven to succeed and at the same time enjoyed life. Was always a trip when his friends came out to visit….I traveled back out to Michigan to attend Kent’s wedding and although we didn’t communicate much after college I’m so proud to have known Kent and he made an impact on my life in the few short years we spent time together.
