Diane, I was so sorry to hear of Ken's passing. We had some great times together on the Police Department, especially on the surveillance crew together. I was unable to get to the funeral and wanted you to know that you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Ken
Diane, Bri, and Kendall, I am so sorry that you have to say goodbye. I enjoyed knowing Ken when your family called Oregon home. When Chicago became home for Diane - and then Ken - I enjoyed my visit very much. And then there was beautiful, warm Hawaii. That was an amazing trip with Ken and Diane, Joe and Betty, and Laura and I along for the fun. Ken was so happy in Hawaii. He loved every minute of it. I will always remember that trip and am so glad that we went for it! I love looking at the picture of all of us together at the luau. So, for now, Aloha Ken. Peace be with you. Peggy

Our hearts sorrow with yours at the loss of your dear husband and father. I remember when we were all "new" to Amberglen, and how we enjoyed hearing everyone's stories of why and how they came to be in Oregon. I remember coffee at your table, the holiday we were honored to have you spend with our family, and the joys and sorrows of everyday life and raising kids, and working...I will always remember Ken and his ornery sense of humor, seeing his little blue Chevy up at Albertson's, and how your house was filled with humor, music floating from the piano on the upstairs landing, and love. Even though we are spread apart by the miles we do think of you and lift you up to the Lord, for comfort, encouragement, strength, and tears of healing. God bless you all, we love you.
