Dear Maureen,
I was very sorry to hear about your Moms passing. As a child I spent many weekends with my grandparents Martin and Bridgie Brosnan and have many fond memories of all their Irish friends. I remember spending time with your Mom and Dad and brother. There was always lots of happy talk and laughter. I hope you can take comfort knowing they are all together again.

i can hear Kathleen's voice clear as a bell in my head, "Hello, Dear". Kathleen always had a greeting and kind word for everyone. ( and don't forget the butterscotch candy!) She was always willing to chat with anyone and partake in any activity. we were so lucky to have known this kind, gentle lady and she will be deeply missed. Thank You for Sharing Her with Us.

Dear Maureen and Family,
It is with heartfelt sympathy that we offer our condolences for the loss of your Dear Mother. She was a wonderful Irish lady who was friendly and kind to everyone. I will always treasure the times that the Griffin and Cavanaugh families spent together while we were growing up. She always made us feel at home and an important part of your family. I remember all the card games at the Cavanaugh kitchen table, and how she was so much a part of the laughter and good times that took place there with her many Irish friends. She was a genuine and warmhearted lady. It was an honor to know her, and I will always fondly remember her.
May you and your family find comfort in all the memories that she shared with you, and in all the lives she touched during her lifetime.
Love,
Cathy & Jim Budzyn
My long deceased mother, Bridget Brosnan, in Heaven, just said to John, "Another chair is needed at the card table. Kathleen is here." Martin Brosnan and family
Our prayers and thoughts are with the family. Kathleen was a very good friend of my mother Joan Sheehan.

Kathleen was part of everyone's day here at American house. Whether you worked in the dining room, housekeeping, office, maintenance, and activities, she greeted everyone she passed by. I have so many Kathleen stories that I will cherish forever. She never missed an activity, "what are we doing next May" she'd ask me. And I'll admit, there were times, I'd have to ask HER "what are we doing next Kathleen". She never left her apartment without the activity calendar in her walker. With a heavy heart, I know I speak for staff and residents, we're sure going to miss her. -Paula "May"
