I worked with Jeff on the afternoon shift at the Oakwood lab for a few years and when I went to the day shift, we would greet each other on my way out and his way in. He was a good guy and a good worker and loved the Lions. Too young and too sad.

A departed one appears to dream as rest in peace may seem
an apt award in God's accord with all God will redeem.

A beloved one knows from verse and prose the sleep is free of woes
as God's embrace and gift of grace attest a blessed repose.
