Doris was a special person my fonds memory is of her tap dancing. She would always show me her new steps. She is going to be missed by her family and her many friends ❤️ Love you Doris .
Doris was a very kind and devout person with a lot of opinions about baseball.
Her life was quiet but her energy was plain to see.
We shared many afternoons having picnics in the zoo with all the food and laughs that came with. Her family were very close and the love in their home was exceptional. For her sister and brother this is a sad time but this bereavement follows so much care and protection that they offered to her, it is also a change that arrives with dignity.
Love to all

What can you say about a dearest friend who will be so greatly missed -- it was such an honor to know her for almost twenty-five years. We met Doris when we faced an unexpected Turner Syndrome diagnosis in our family. She was one of the very first people who could help us personally understand what this rare health condition was all about. She was like our own "guardian angel on earth." Doris gave us not only information, but also strength, courage, hope and faith that everything would be alright. She was such a remarkable caring person for everyone. We thought of her as "small-mighty" - short in stature, but with a very large heart of gold! She is bound to be a GIANT occupant in heaven! We will never forget her ongoing spirit and kindness -- we're sure she'll continue to send us all her "love from above." God bless her family and friends. Ray, Maureen and Jennifer Wakenell
