We are deeply saddened for the loss of your Father. I grew up next door to Mr. Walters. As I got older and would visit my Mom I would always see Mr. Walters in his yard with Charlie or Scruffy and I would visit with. He also bowled on a bowling league with my Mom until he had to quit because of hip problems. On a few occasions he had spoken with my Father-in-Law and found they had a lot in common, being they had both served in the United State Marie Corp. in World War II. He was truly a part of the greatest generation. An American Hero and he will never be forgotten.
