Jack, Annette, Matt and John I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your mom (& grandmother). I never met her but felt like I knew her from all the conversation and stories you guys shared with me over the year. My condolences also go out to your sisters Mary and Lynn. May the comfort of knowing that you have an angel looking over you all brings you peace.
Chris and I volunteered together at St. Mary Magdalen, helping with many of the parish’s events, parties, catechism classes, and the parish festival and garage sale—where she worked countless hours to make it such a success. It took a while to get to know Chris, but once you did, she was a friend for life. As our lives took different paths, I always carried fond memories of the endless hours we spent volunteering for the church. She will certainly be missed, and I am sure she is in heaven now—organizing, cleaning, and planning wonderful gatherings. May she rest in peace, and may perpetual light shine upon her.
