Amelia Lavina Szczupan, age 88, of Hazel Park, Michigan for 60 years, passed away on January 15, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Edward C. Szczupan (1983). Beloved mother of the late Carol E. LePla and the late Barbara A. Pasciak. Dearest grandmother of Duane E. (Sandy) LePla, Kevin G. (Billie Jean) LePla, and Lisa A. Pasciak. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, Her sister Doris Potter, and brothers Warner Carrick and Kenneth (Kathy) Carrick. Visitation Tuesday 3-9 pm with the funeral Wednesday at 11:00 am, at the Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights. Burial in White Chapel Cemetery, Troy.
