My deepest sympathy for the Bays family. Such a loss. I could always count on Bill and Ann to keep an eye out on my girls when we were away at work and going through some difficult times. My girls always called him Uncle Bill. Best neighbors anybody could have asked for back in the day. You will be missed but glad to know you are up in heaven no more pain or sickness and keeping an eye on your family in the best way. As it was said before, God has been given another angel! RIP

Bill was a good man. He will be missed by all of his family & friends. See you on the other side.
What is a Father in Law?
The Webster’s dictionary defines one as “The father of a Spouse”
Bill was so much more than that:
God took the strength of a mountain,
The majesty of a tree,
The warmth of a summer sun,
The calm of a quiet sea,
The generous soul of nature,
The comforting arm of night,
The wisdom of the ages,
The power of the eagle's flight,
The joy of a morning in spring,
The faith of a mustard seed,
The patience of eternity,
The depth of a family need,
Then God combined these qualities,
When there was nothing more to add,
He knew His masterpiece was complete,
And so, He called it ... Dad
As a father I can only hope and aspire to walk in Bill’s footsteps supporting and raising my family as well as he has done ours.
God Bless You Bill and Thank you so much for all of the Kindness, Knowledge and Love that you have shared with our family and friends.
You truly are and always will be our Dad!!!!
Bill, you'll be dearly missed. We loved the time spent with you and Ann.
