William Dahlerup's Obituary
William S. Dahlerup Jr. went to join our heavenly father early Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital. He was born April 21, 1943 in Ferndale, MI to the late William Sr and Dorothy Dahlerup.
He leaves behind a wife, Marie of 50 years. Two loving children Kristina (Scott) Gray of Lima, OH and William III (Tyra) Dahlerup of Troy, MI. Four beautiful granddaughters, Bianca (20), Julia (9), Cara (6) and Leah (4). Great Grandfather of Bailey (3 months). Two loving brothers, John (Sandy) Dahlerup and Paul (Norma) Dahlerup. Sister and brother in laws, Kathy (Lyle) Dettmer, Harry (Bernie) Kuk and Albert (Maryann) Kuk. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Christine Althaus.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Veteran’s fund or the American Heart Association in honor of Bill.
Memorial visitation will be held Friday, February 14, 2014 from 3:00pm until the time of service at 7:00pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R, Madison Heights, MI 48071.
