what a wonderful man.
I only have good memories of Dr. Webb. He was well respected. I remember him choosing me for a picture in the community school newsletter; I was at Hoover Elementary. God's blessing to the family. Linda Beverly Gries
Dr. Webb was a unwavering, dedicated champion for education, and a deservedly respected legislator.

Dr. Webb was a true gentleman. I am proud to have called him friend. I so enjoyed our morning coffees with Judge Agnello and Judge Voss at the Hazel Park Big Boy. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

It is with heartfelt gratitude to the LORD for sending this very kind man out into the world for a little while; to help, to provide, to nurture and to love others as Mr. Webb and his beloved wife, Virginia did. They are truly worthy of remembering and imitating as we each seek to do good in this life. His was a life well lived and never to be forgotten. RIP until the LORD returns, Wilfred. ~ Faith Haislet

I will always remember this kind man who taught at Lacey Jr. High and I believe was principal of the Jr. High on 9 Mile and John R. Helped everyone believe in themselves. I was honored to be invited to a panel discussion at Wayne State University when I was in Jr. High School with 6 other students. It helped greatly with self worth. I will never forget him and I am sure our heavenly Father knows of his great deeds and kindness. Janice Archer Dodson
A kind and gentle man. May he rest in peace. RIF
