I was at the funeral home last night and it was so crowded. What a wonderful tribute to Wendall. He was loved by all who knew him. I went to school with him, so I only seen him at the reunions. I missed the last one. Wendall was one guy I looked forward to seeing there. He was who he was. He never changed. You could always just go up and give him a hug, and know it's Wendall. There was a comfort in knowing that Wendall was in the world. I will miss him. He is no longer suffering, but he left us too early. I will keep him and his family in my prayers. God Bless All of You. Farewell Wendall. We trust you are with Uncle Bill now and rest in the peace you deserve after your recent courageous battle with cancer. Though it’s been many years since we met in person, we’re so glad Auntie Dot always kept your Canadian cousins up to date on your life’s loves and adventures. She has always been so proud of you and though we are all saddened to hear of your passing, it’s wonderful to know your life has been filled with the presence of so many loving family members and supportive friends.
Our condolences to all of you who loved Wendall for so long and so well. Special virtual hugs to Auntie Dot, cousin Wayne and family, and to Debi Miller and family. May your memories of Wendall comfort you in the days ahead. Although we heard that many of you will wear black cowboy hats to honor Wendall tomorrow, from what Auntie Dot’s told us, Wendall and the rest of you are really a great bunch of the “ good guys".

I had the pleasure of meeting Wendell through Tom & Janet Corey and I was very saddened to hear of his passing. Anytime I saw him he was smiling, and that laugh, Oh that laugh! Loved it! My prayers go out to all of Wendells Family and Friends! God Bless!
My heart goes out to my good friend Debi, and the entire Clayton Family. I remember the first time Debi met up with me and Mike to introduce us to her Cowboy. That first day I met Wendall actually felt like I was just catching up with an old friend I had known for years. He truly was the love of Debi's life, and I had never seen my friend that happy since I have known her. The world became a better place for Debi when she met Wendall and I will always be grateful for that. God Bless.
Our condolences go out to Wendall’s family and everyone that was close to him. We always looked forward to seeing Wendall (we could always spot out his cowboy hat out in a crowd). Although I did not know Wendall all that well, I do know that I have never seen my friend Debi Miller happier since she met him.

Wendall was a great neighbor always quick with a smile or kind word, he will be sincerely missed.
