I first met Wayne when i was 14 years old. His brother Dennis had a lake house in Brighton, and i was there as a friend of his nephew Shaun. He drank vodka, had a half gallon of it, and he gave us big tall glasses of it. I slammed mine in one chug, like a dumb kid, and the rest of the night got fuzzy. I continued to see him, and his wife Barb for 15 years every rifle season up at the cabin Dennis owned. Him and Dennis taught a lot of us how real men play poker, up all day and night, huge pots of money, pink slips to equipment, etc. I even remember several times going to his and Barb's home for just 4 or 5 person card games. I hadn't seen Wayne since Dennis' funeral, but i'm betting there's a card game in heaven tonight! R.I.P. "Uncle" Wayne, and my deepest condolences to his family.
