Walter Herman Abshire, age 84 of Hazel Park, Michigan passed away on November 23, 2020 at Ascension St. John Hospital, Madison Heights, Michigan. He was born on July 5, 1936 in Lookout, Kentucky to William and Edith (maiden Dixon) Abshire.
Beloved Husband of Laura (maiden Lyons) Abshire. Dear Father of Brenda Abshire-Moses and David Brian (Cathy) Abshire. Grandfather of Stephanie, Stephen and Jennifer. Great Grandfather of Raelynn and Wyatt. Brother of Jack Abshire, Revia Abshire-Stewart, Matilda Abshire-Young and Linda Abshire-Shannon. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are being held by Wilson Funeral Home, Louisa, Kentucky.
