Wally E. Olson Sr.'s Obituary
Wally E. Olson, Sr., age 73 of Warren, Michigan and formerly of Hazel Park, Michigan passed away on September 3, 2025 at home surrounded by loving family. He was born on April 14, 1952 in Detroit, Michigan to Peter and Myrtle Olson.
Beloved Husband of the late Sally Olson. Dear Father of Stephanie (Shawn) Olson, Wally E. (Melanie) Olson, Jr., Beth Olson and Lisa (Chris) Lockaby. Grandfather of Tyler, Hailey, Cassidy, Marissa and predeceased by his grandson, Nathan. Brother of Herbert, Eddie, Myrtle, Wayne, Pauline, Cheryl, Carol, Earl and predeceased by several siblings. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and family friends.
Retired from Chrysler Corp. Warren Assembly plant. Enjoyed golfing, hunting and bowling. Enjoyed watching U of M Football, Detroit Tigers and loved Mopar Muscle Cars.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5th from 9:00 am to 11:30 am with the Funeral Service at 11:30 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block N. of 13 Mile Road, west side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan. Burial will take place at Roseland Park Cemetery, Berkley, Michigan.
