Vondal "Sonny" Ray Collinsworth's Obituary
COLLINSWORTH, VONDAL “SONNY” age 75 of Clinton Twp., passed away January 13, 2017 at his home. He was born March 9, 1941 in Quicksand, Kentucky.
Beloved husband of the late Mary Beth. Dear brother of Naomi Collinsworth. Loving father of Rae Jean (Brian) Stegman, Alicia (Jim) Klette, Scott Cesta, Tamara (Ron) Superson, and Kimberly Cooper. Cherished grandfather of 13 and great grandfather of 4. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by siblings Edward (Barbara) Collinsworth, and Vivian (Raymond) Radway.
Mr. Collinsworth was a member of the Masons and DAV. In lieu of flowers donations would be appreciated in his honor to the Shriners Foundation or the Michigan Humane Society.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 18, 2017, from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights, with Military Services and burial immediately following at Oakview Cemetery, Royal Oak.
