Vincent Gecewicz, age 92 of Hazel Park, Michigan. Vincent was born in Detroit, Michigan on Tuesday, January 22, 1918 to Paul and Caroline Gecewicz. He passed away in St. John Macomb Oakland Hospital – Oakland Center, Madison Heights, Michigan on Friday, May 7, 2010.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 9, 2010 from 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 23919 John R. Road, Hazel Park, Michigan. The Rosary will be recited on Sunday at 7:30 pm at the funeral home. The Funeral will be on Monday, May 10, 2010 at St. Justin Church, Hazel Park, Michigan. Instate/Visitation at 10:30 am followed by the Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Fr. Robert H. Williams will officiate. Burial will take place at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Detroit, Michigan.
