Veronica Mary Nowicki, age 89 of Ferndale, passed on March 4, 2017. She was born February 24, 1928, in Hamtramck to Anthony and Victoria Wypiszynski.
Beloved wife of the late Andrew Anthony Nowicki. Dear mother of Andrea (Robert) Hare, Thomas (Joan) Nowicki and Carol (Michael) Burelle. Grandmother of Douglas (Amy) Hare, Brian (Kelly) Hare, Michael Hare (André Hébert), Jennifer (Matthew) Turchyn, Mark (Kalyn) Nowicki, Steven (Alyssa) Nowicki, Christopher (Emily) Nowicki, Joseph Burelle (Alyssa Auth), and Danielle (Adam) Borrie. Great grandmother of Allison, Juliet, Ariana, Olivia, Ollie, and Benson. Soon to be great grandmother of Mackenzie.
Visitation Friday, March 10, 2017 from 3 to 9 pm with a 7 pm Rosary at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R Road, Madison Heights (one block north of 13 Mile Road on the west side of John R Road). In state on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 9:30 am with Funeral Mass at 10 am at St. Lawrence Church, 44633 Utica Road, Utica 48317.
