Tina Marie Allen's Obituary
Tina Marie Allen, 59, of Ferndale Michigan, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2025.
Born on November 21, 1965, to the late Johnny and Nellie Thompson, Tina grew up with a loving heart and strong family values that she carried throughout her life. She graduated from Hazel Park High School in 1983. Tina dedicated her life to caring for her family—she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. As a stay-at-home mom, she poured her love into raising her five children and caring for her mother with compassion and grace.
Tina is survived by her husband, Dave Allen; her children, Alisha Thompson, Dave Thompson, Brittany Allen, Dylan Allen, and Bryce Allen; her son-in-law, Joseph Jones; daughter-in-law, Ashley Gagin; and her bonus daughter, Shelby Daffin.
She was the proud and loving grandmother of Jamori, Keshon, Braelynn, Jayceon, Ariella, Mason, Emery, Harlow, La’Moure, Zyonna, and Charlotte. Tina also leaves behind her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends who will cherish her memory forever.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Johnny and Nellie Thompson, and her brother, Robert Thompson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Sunday, November 2nd at 1:00 PM and will continue until the Celebration of Tina’s Life at 2:00 PM at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R Rd, Madison Heights, MI 48071.
Tina will be remembered for her loving spirit, her laughter, and the way she made everyone around her feel cared for. Her love lives on in the hearts of all who knew her.
