Tín Hùng Lâm, age 74 of Royal Oak, Michigan passed away on October 16, 2025 at his home. He was born on August 30, 1951 in Hai Phong, Vietnam to Duyen H. Lam and Phu T. Lam.
Beloved father to his son, Lân Trí Lâm, and daughter, Kim Ái Lâm. Cherished grandfather to his grandson, Elliott (Đai Sơn) Mercer. Tín also survived by Minh Nguyệt Lâm, his sister, Dung Phương Lâm, her husband, her children, and her grandchildren; also survived by his brother, Thắng Hùng Lâm, and his child.
He is predeceased by his sister, Liên Phương Lâm; predeceased by her husband, survived by her children, and his brother, Tiến Hùng Lâm, survived by his wife and children.
The family has requested for visitors to please refrain from making monetary donations at this time.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block N. of 13 Mile Road, west side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan. The Funeral will be held on Friday, October 24th beginning at 9:00 am Instate followed by the 9:30 am Funeral Mass at St. Rene Goupil Catholic Church, 35955 Ryan Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan, 48310. Burial will take place at Oakview Cemetery, Royal Oak.
