Thomas Wayne Geoffrey, age 46 of Eastpointe, Michigan passed away on October 4, 2014 at his home. He was born on July 31, 1968 in Highland Park, Michigan.
Beloved Father of Colton, Austin and Kullen. Loving Son of Wayne Geoffrey and the late Kathie Geoffrey. Dear Brother of Terry, Torrey and Trina.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, the Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 10th at 11:00 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights, Michigan. Burial at Roseland Park Cemetery, Berkley, Michigan.
