Thaddeus “Ted” Arthur Gosur, age 80 of Ferndale, Michigan and Michigan passed away on May 21, 2024. He passed away peacefully at home under hospice care. He was born on August 15, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan to Arthur and Casimira Gosur.
Beloved Husband of Carole Ann (maiden Gudebski) Gosur for 55 years. Beloved Father of Melissa (James) Schubert and Patricia (Jason) Dornoff. Grandfather of Emily, Bradley, Michael, Matthew, Vincent, and Nathan. Great-Grandfather of Raelynn and Elizabeth. Brother of Dennis (Diane), Brian (Lori) and Philip (Judy) Gosur. Beloved Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Ted graduated from Lawrence Technological University. He worked in International Finance and retired from the Chrysler Corporation after 43 years. Ted served in the US Army.
He was an avid sports fan. He enjoyed spending time on the beaches of Lake Michigan.
Visitation will begin on Thursday, May 23rd from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block N. of 13 Mile Road, west side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, May 24th beginning at 10:30 am – Instate and followed by the 11:00 am Mass at St. Mary Magdalen Church, 50 E Annabelle Ave, Hazel Park, Michigan.
