Tammy Lee Johnson, age 48 of Hazel Park, Michigan passed away on July 27, 2013 at home in Hazel Park. She was born on July 11, 1965 in Highland Park, Michigan.
Loving Mother of Ashley Johnson of Hazel Park, Michigan. Daughter of Judy (Danny Lawson) Johnson and Bobby Cavender. Granddaughter of Georgia Stallings. Sister of Gus, Carol, Brenda, Donna, Laurie and Sherri. Niece of Earl “Spook” (Pam) Brady and Edith (Dave) Zollars.
She is a retired nurse and jockey.
Memorial Visitation on Thursday from 1:00 pm until time of Memorial Service at 2:30 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 23919 John R. Road, Hazel Park, Michigan.
