Stanley F. Adkins, age 86 of Madison Heights, Michigan passed away on February 5, 2023. He was born on March 20, 1936 in Tennessee to Aubrey and Bessie (maiden Hembree) Adkins.
Beloved Husband of Barbara (maiden Hamilton) Adkins. Stanley is predeceased by his daughter, Terry and his son, Neil. Father in law of Mark. Grandfather of Shannon (Matthew), Stacey (Fernando), Stephanie (Eric) and Benjamin. Great-Grandfather of Vayda, Emily, Rylee, Eleanor, Juliana, Eva, Judah and Evan. Brother of Lucille and predeceased by 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
Stanley worked for GM for 18 years. He loved to garden, cars, watching TV and spending time with his family. He enjoyed making people laugh.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 10th from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with the Funeral Service at 6:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block N. of 13 Mile Road, west side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan.
