Sammie Tudor's Obituary
Sammie L. Tudor, age 79 of Ferndale passed away on July 13, 2012 in Royal Oak, Mich. He was born June 11, 1933 in Walker County, GA.
As Heaven gained another angel, the world lost a beloved man. Sammie brought joy to everyone around him. He was an honest and hardworking man who enjoyed gardening, lawn mower repair, spending time at his local flea market and riding anything with a motor on it.
He raised his family with his late wife Virginia. He leaves behind his daughter, Angie (Dewey) Stewart, his 6 grandchildren Tammy, Kelly, Andrea (Jim) O’Kroy, Marcy, Dawn, and Anne, along with 10 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, his beloved dog, Chico, his best friends Louie, Jack and Mark as well as his special card playing buddies. He will be greatly missed by them all.
Visitation Monday 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Funeral Tuesday 10:30 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights, Mich. Burial Oakview Cemetery, Royal Oak, Mich.
