Ruby Mae Pardy, age 95 of Madison Heights, Michigan passed away on November 19, 2014. She was born on May 30, 1919 in Paducah, Kentucky to the late Clarence and Valrie Adams.
Loving Wife of Roy Pardy. Dear Mother of Ruth Ann (John) Rinehart, Sandra (George) Lazenby, and Dan (Sheryl) Pardy. Ruby is predeceased by her baby boy, Clarence Eldon. Grandmother of Lance (Marykay) Rinehart, Lorna (Chris) Bearup, Lorrie (Roy) Bolanos, Jeff (Karen) Lazenby and Tatiana Pardy. Great-Grandmother of 8. Sister of Dorothy (Harold) Pardy, Earline (the late Tom) Marcum, Jack (Janice) Daughtery, Christine Finley, the late Ruth Ester Churcher and the late Luther Adams. Ruby is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Ruby loved gardening, animals, cooking and especially her family. She enjoyed spending time at Higgins Lake. Loving pet owner of Smokey Joe.
Ruby was a Breast Cancer Survivor.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st from 2:00 pm until time of the Funeral Service at 7:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights, Michigan. Burial will take place at Roseland Park Cemetery in Berkley, MI. Procession from Hopcroft Funeral Home at 11am on Saturday, November 22, 2014. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Almost Home Animal Rescue League, Southfield, Michigan
