Roy McDonald's Obituary
Roy McDonald, age 82 of Troy, Michigan passed away peacefully at home with his loving wife and family by his side. He was born on March 16, 1938 in Detroit, Michigan to John and Emma McDonald.
He is survived by his loving wife Nancy, his children Adam (Stephanie), Michael (Tina), David (Summer) and Jennifer. Loving Grandpa to Joshua, Justin, Jordan, Nicole, Michael, David, Joy, Caleb, Hannah, Joshua, and Madison. Loving Godfather to Abraham.
Roy was a resident of Troy for over 50 years. He was a skilled tradesman for the Chrysler Corporation and retired in 1998. Roy enjoyed people, he was someone you could always count on. He loved his family and friends and was loved by all. He was affectionately known as "Pops". His smile will never be forgotten and he will be missed every day.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 30th from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm and the Funeral Service on Friday, July 31st at 11:00 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights, Michigan.
