Roy Cook's Obituary
COOK, ROY age 94 of Sterling Heights, Michigan and formerly of Hazel Park, Michigan died August 30, 2014. He was born March 26, 1920 in Highland Park.
Beloved husband of Bernadette for 48 years. Loving father of Elizabeth (Jeff) Gray and Thomas (Wendy) Cook. Dear grandfather of Andrew Gray, and Dustin, Holly and Aria Cook, and Allison (Lucas) Napieralski. Brother of “Dolly” Sullivan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Louise Cook, and his 7 siblings.
Roy was a Veteran of WWII serving in the Army. He did electrical work for the Hazel Park School District.
Visitation will be Monday 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm, and Tuesday 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R Road, Madison Heights. Funeral will be Wednesday 9:00 am Instate with Mass at 9:30 am at St. Rene Goupil Catholic Church, 35955 Ryan Rd., Sterling Heights. Burial will be in White Chapel Cemetery, Troy, Michigan.
