Robin Kaye Lewis, age 62 of New Canaan, Connecticut passed away on December 2, 2018 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She was born on January 27, 1956 in Detroit, Michigan.
Beloved Wife of Paul Hartley. Devoted Mother of Alexander, Rachel and our beloved dog, Jesse. Daughter of Robert D. Lewis and the late Gloria E. Lewis. Daughter-in-law of Katie Hartley and the late Richard Hartley. Also survived by her siblings, Kathleen (Thomas) Spettel and Cynthia (Jay) Lewis-Susalla. Sister-in-law of Ed (Mindy) Hartley and Kathy (Steve) Hartley-Baronowsky. Aunt of Jason (Becky), Shannon, Sam, Amelia and Nicholas. 3 Great Nephews.
Robin graduated from Warren Mott High School and Alma College with a business degree and served on their Alumni Board. She had a successful business career at Kodak in Rochester, New York in customer service. Faithful member at the First Presbyterian Church in New Canaan, CT. She was passionate about hunger relief and mission trips.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 9th from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm and the Funeral Service to be held on Monday, December 10th at 11:00 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block North of 13 Mile Road, West side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at the First Presbyterian Church, 178 Oenoke Ridge Road, New Canaan, CT 06840 at 11:00 am.
In Lieu of Flowers donations may be made to Environmental Defense Fund, Natural Resources Defense Council, Sierra Club Foundation and Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation.
