Robert "Pat" Dwight Johnson's Obituary
Robert “Pat” Dwight Johnson, age 93 of Sterling Heights, Michigan and formerly of Hazel Park, Michigan passed away on December 10, 2024. He was born on June 3, 1931 in Denver, Colorado.
Beloved Husband of the late Mable R. (maiden Rohelier) Johnson (2016). They were married on February 28, 1952 at the Ferndale Church of Christ. Dear Father of Amy P. (Robert) Harbert, Mimi E. (Philip) Apollonio and Amanda S. (Art) Lawrence. Grandfather of Jeremy J. Harbert and Harmonie K. Harbert. Step-Grandfather of Antonio Apollonio, Katie Apollonio, Francesca Apollonio and Sueanne Lawrence. Great-Grandfather of 4. Pat is also survived by his granddogs, Patrick, Mali, Ella, Athena, Maximus and Giesele.
Pat proudly served in the Marines from 1951 to 1953.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 15th from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Monday, December 16th from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with the Funeral Service at 11:00 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block N. of 13 Mile Road, west side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan. Mr. Donald Eason will officiate. Burial will be at Oakview Cemetery, Royal Oak, Michigan.
