Robert A. Maher, age 68 of Royal Oak, passed away February 19, 2017 in Detroit. He was born in Detroit to Herbert and Dorothy Maher.
Beloved husband of Carol. Dear father of Robert (Erin) Jr. and Daniel (Ashley). Grandfather of Aiden.
He was a member of the Royal Oak American Legion and served 4 years in the Marines.
Memorial visitation on Sunday, February 26, 2017 from 2 pm until service at 6 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R Road, Madison Heights (one block north of 13 Mile Road on the west side of John R Road).
