Rita L. Perry, age 88 of Madison Heights for many years passed away on January 11, 2023. She was born on May 29, 1934 in Paris, Tennessee to Ira and Corinne Kemp.
Beloved Wife of the late Robert V. Perry (Aug. 7, 2022). Loving Mother of the late Robert “Bob” Perry and survived by her daughters, Cindy Andrews, Tammy (Steve) Sadler and Donna (James) Cooper. Grandmother of Angela (Joe) Van Ess, Brandon Andrews, Samantha Thorpe, Chelsea (John) Miller and Brittney (Anthony) Walker. Great-Grandmother of Myles Van Ess, Alexis Thorpe, Ryan Thorpe, George Miller, Frederick Miller, James Cribbs and Brooklyn Walker. Sister of Pam Mikolajczak and Linda Kemp. Aunt of Michelle Slank.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 24th from 9:00 am - 12:00 noon with the Funeral Service at 12:00 noon at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block N. of 13 Mile Road, west side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan.
