Richard A. Saferian, age 78 of Hazel Park, Michigan. He passed away on April 29, 2011 at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, Michigan. Richard was born on December 5, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan.
Beloved husband of the late Rosemary. Loving father of Richard, Tina (Vanessa) Byrd, Julie DuLong, Danny (Candee), Tony, Lisa McClellan, Joe (Tina) and Jeff (Stacy). Grandfather of 21 and Great-grandfather of 3. Brother of George Saferian and Lizzy Rix. Richard is pre-deceased by 6 brothers and sisters.
He retired from the Ford Motor Company.
