Richard Kalbfleisch's Obituary
KALBFLEISCH RICHARD D. 85, December 11, 2009 formerly of Petoskey, Michigan. WWII U.S. Navy veteran as a SM 2nd Class was awarded several medals. He was happily married to Marion M. Gannon (dec. 2004) on August 10, 1946 for 57 years, they later retired from Michigan and moved to Hernando Beach, Florida. An avid northern hunter and fisherman and a life-time member of the Elks Lodge,the VFW and Sheet Metal trade. Richard is survived by daughter Deena; brother Jack (Alice); sisters-in-law Barbara, Rose Wayoff and Kathie Tong, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation at Hopcroft Funeral Home 31145 John R, Madison Hgts, MI 48071, December 21,6-9pm, Services December 22 at 10am. Burial aside his wife at Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, MI. He will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
