Richard Brown's Obituary
Loving husband of Dorothy for 59 years. Dearest father of Jane (George) Klatt, Carol (Jim) Mandziuk, Rick (Debbie) Brown , Jack Brown, Dottie (Bob) Ashwell, Betty (Rod) Hardy, Sandy (Dave) Frisch, and Ruth Brown. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, brother Donald (Jeanie) Brown, sister Betty Latoski, and brother in law Keith (Jo) Chambers. He served in the US Army as a paratrooper during the Korean Conflict. He worked for US Trucking retiring in 1990. He enjoyed spending time with his family, playing horseshoes, and playing cards. Visitation Monday 3-8 pm, with the funeral service at 8 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Rd, Madison Heights. Burial Tuesday at White Chapel Cemetery, Troy. The family suggests donations to In House Hospice, 24293 Telegraph Rd., Ste 102, Southfield, MI 48034, in lieu of flowers.
