Raymond VanValkenburg's Obituary
Resident of Hazel Park for 56 years. Beloved husband of Florence, whom he wed February 2, 1952 in Detroit. Loving father of Richard (Deborah) and Mark (Carole). Dear grandfather of Nicole, Steven, Raymond and Amy. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a long time member of St. Margaret's Episcopal Church. He enjoyed building model aircraft, was a Scout Leader for 20 years and was very involved with his family. Visitation Thursday 3-9 pm with the funeral Friday at 11 am, at the Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R Rd, Madison Heights. Burial in Glen Eden Cemetery, Livonia.
