Raymond Reid's Obituary
Raymond Reid, age 83 of Sterling Heights, Michigan and former longtime resident of Madison Heights passed away on June 2, 2024 at Courtyard of Sterling Heights. He was born on January 5, 1941 in Detroit, Michigan to Robert and Leatha Reid.
Beloved Husband of the late Carol Reid. Dear Father of Kelli J. Reid and pre-deceased by his son, Paul Andrew Reid. Raymond is pre-deceased by his sister, Dorothy Reid and his brother, Robert James Reid. Survived by his niece, Carol Vandenberg and nephew, Kenneth Reid. Brother in law of Al (Desiree) Lindsey.
Raymond is retired from General Motors as a skilled trade mechanic and also served in the U. S. Army.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 6th from 3:00 pm – 6:30 pm with the Funeral Service at 6:30 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block N. of 13 Mile Road, west side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan.
