Raymond J. Dulecki II's Obituary
Raymond J Dulecki II of Madison Heights passed away on November 1, 2020, at his home. He was born July 7, 1943, in Detroit to Raymond and Laura (Bloink) Dulecki. He is survived by his sons, Scott (Corina) and Corey Dulecki and his grandchildren Alaina and Corbin, all of whom he was very proud of.
He is also survived by his siblings Ron (Sharon) Dulecki, Randy (Yvonne) Dulecki, Ralph Dulecki, Anthony Dulecki, Mary Oppenheim, and Laura Dulecki and their children and grandchildren, his nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Robert Dulecki.
He graduated from Sacred Heart High School, Aquinas College, and Wayne State University. His working life as a psychologist focused on vocational rehabilitation, helping people find jobs after injury, illness, or other challenges.
He loved the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where he "worked" for many years, allowing him to travel through its mountains and forests and enjoy its sunrises and sunsets. He shared that love with his sons as they grew up. And ultimately, he will return there.
He was a continuous Friend of Bill W for the last 23 and a half years. That friendship was a cornerstone in his life and he welcomed the opportunity to share that friendship with others.
A memorial service will be held in the spring.
