Still having a rough time believing he's gone. Rest in peace my dear Buddy. I will so miss connecting with you on Facebook. Will see you again for our Viking reunion in Heaven.
I enjoyed years of family get togethers, chats about gardening, life, fishing, recipes. Ray was very kindhearted and will be missed. Condolences to Randy!
With Love,

So sorry to hear this sad news! We need more people like Ray in this world! He was a genuine person. I looked up to him on the wrestling team at HPHS and in college. Ray will be missed by all who had the blessing of knowing him. Keith Brewer
Ray was so kind and such a gifted athlete. I always enjoyed his FB posts and will miss hearing about his adventures. He always stood out at HPHS and it was always nice to see him at the reunions. My condolences to his family and friends.

Ray is and will be a great friend to me. From the day I met him he was my adopted big brother. He took me fishing and hunting. He taught me how to properly clean fish. If I ever had a question about anything I knew I could ask Ray and he would give me his wisdom. I looked up to Ray as a big brother. Ray was always there for me. Ray was patient and took time to listen and provide guidance. Ray you will always be with me in my heart. You will never be forgotten. I will always talk to you through my heart. I will remember the cooking on the spit, fish fries, corn beef, baked beans, the talks about guns, bows, and crossbows. Ray I know you are with aunt Bea and uncle Ray. You are looking down on us. When my day comes we will go hunting and fishing again.

Shocked to hear such sad news. Chatted often w Ray he grew up down the street hew was in my bro class always heard good things about Ray. Followed him on FB often
Deer season won’t be the same for all his friends.
Ray was my friend and teammate at Spring Arbor College from 1973 to 1975 when he graduated with a major in Biology. Although the toughest athlete on campus in the toughest sport, he was also a dedicated student and had a quiet and sincere love of learning. He was a gentle spirit and considerate friend. Ray, may you now enjoy your love of the outdoors as never before, side by side with Jesus.
Sincerely, Michael Boivin
