Phyllis Ann Yurkovich, age 77 of Madison Heights, Michigan passed away on September 29, 2020 at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital in Warren, Michigan. She was born on December 28, 1942 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
Beloved Wife of the late James J. Yurkovich. Dear Mother of James J. (Carolyn) and Lori. Grandmother of Cory (Chelsea) Yukovich and Kristina (Danny) Hummel. Great-Grandmother of Keegan, McKinley, Ryleigh, Lucas, Karsen and Peyton. Sister of Charlotte Beaujon.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 5th at 11:00 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road (1 block North of 13 Mile Road, West side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan. Burial will be at White Chapel Cemetery, Troy, Michigan.
