Philip Anthony Bommarito, age 88, of Troy, MI passed away at home August 22, 2014. He was born May 31, 1926 in Detroit, MI to the late Joseph and Angela Bommarito.
Beloved husband of the late Maria Bommarito. Dear father of Tom (Carrie) and Bob (Lisa). Loving Grandfather of Christie, Michael and Erica. Great Grandfather of David and Jessica.
Philip served in the U.S. Navy during WWII stationed on the USS Yorktown Aircraft Carrier.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 26, 2014 from 10am until the time of service at 12 noon at Hopcroft Funeral Home, Madison Heights Chapel. Burial at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, MI.
