Noreen Ann Shull's Obituary
Noreen Ann Shull, age 82, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2025. She was born on December 31, 1942 in Detroit, MI to Ray Ellis and Leona Getrude (Lang) Gardner and moved to the Fruitport area to be close to family in 2009.
On November 7, 1964, she married Kiah James Shull in Royal Oak, MI. Prior to her retirement in 1995, Noreen worked in the Circulation Department at The Detroit Free Press and The Daily Tribune. She attended Living Life Church in Muskegon.
Survivors include her husband, James Shull; 2 children, Debra Lee (Tony) Fine, James (Amber) Shull; 7 grandchildren, Joshua (Sarah) Fine, Natalya Linebarger, Jim (Savannah) Fine, Jason Fine, Giovanni Shull, Hannah Shull, Kiah Shull; 4 great-grandchildren; and 1 brother, Ralph (Ronda) Gardner. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Kerrigan Shull; her parents; and 1 brother.
A Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 PM Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey Street, Norton Shores, MI 49444. Visitation will be held 2-4PM Wednesday prior to the service.
A Visitation will also be held at 12 Noon-2PM Friday, September 19, 2025 at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights, MI 48071. Interment will take place at White Chapel Memorial Park in Troy, MI. Memorial Contributions may be made to Living Life Church of Muskegon or Harbor Hospice Foundation.
