Randy,
My childhood always included the Frizzels! Your parents and mine were dear friends. I will always have very happy memories of your parents.
After your Dad passed away as well as my Mother I was so happy that my Dad and your Mom could help each other to get thru some very lonely times. When I came home to visit Dad I was always able to visit your Mom and she treated me like a daughter. I was thrilled when Dad brought her to visit me in California. We had a fantastic time and I have some wonderful memories of her visit.
My heart goes out to the whole family. She will be missed.

The most respected mother of two of my best childhood buddies. I tell the story often of how Mrs. Frizzell was the best mom, just like the 'leave it to Beaver mom. That's just exactly how I remember her as a young boy. I can hear her voice as we play in the dirt, "Randy, David...L U N C H". I was not her son, but she often looked after me as one when we played in the yard over her house. I even got yelled at for playing in the street, among many other 'shouldn't do's. It was truly a village back in those days. When I would drive by the old neighborhood I would stop by when I would see her working in the yard for quick visit. Reminiscing about those days, I would tell her that she was a great neighbor like a mom to all of us kids in that part of the village. She will be missed...Joey
