Mary Frances Burnett, age 88 of Ferndale, Michigan passed away peacefully at her home on May 4, 2026. She was born on December 9, 1939 to Clifford and Birdie Pack in Kenvir, Kentucky.
Loving Wife of the late Thomas A. Burnett, Sr, who passed away on June 30, 2024. They were married on June 20, 1959 in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Beloved Mother of Catherine Burnett, Patricia Brunett (Chris House), Cynthia Burnett (the late David Travis), and Thomas Burnett II. Cherished Grand & Great-Grandmother of Rebecca (Steve), Christina (Scott), Richard, Ashley (Ben), Dean II, Thomas III, Tyler, Jacob, Savannah, Kevin, Vic, Autumn, Cooper, Theodora, and the late Bella who passed in 2022. Mary is survived by her sister Judy (the late Robert) Cummings. She is predeceased by her brother Clifford Donald (the late Alta) Pack.
The burial will be held at Oakview Cemetery, in Royal Oak, Michigan.
