Mark Steven Smith, age 64 of Madison Heights, passed away October 25, 2014. He was born October 31, 1949 in Pontiac. Beloved husband of Carolyn Smith. Dear father of Mark Smith Jr., Carmen Chene, John Chene, Christi (Brandon) Smith and Stevi (Terry) Harris. Loving grandfather of Tyler, Paige, Callin, Brendan, Bradly, Hailey, Jaggard, Ivy, Stefen, Olesya, Jasmyn and Kyle. Brother of Carolyn McMichael and Kim (Lee) Travis, he is also survived by his nephew, Scott, who resided with him, and several other nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 28, 2014 from 3:00 pm until the time of service at 7:00 pm, at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights.
