Beloved Wife of the late Joe Wetzel. Dear Mother of William (Marcell) Fraley, Richard Steven (Nadine) Fraley, Linda (Ernest) Simms and pre-deceased by her daughter, Wilma Louise Tinsley. Grandmother of 7 and Great-Grandmother of 9. Mandy is survived by her 11 brothers and sisters.
Services are being held privately, with a memorial service planned for a later date.
