Lyman Briggs' Obituary
Lyman Joseph Briggs, age 85, passed away at his home in Commerce Township on August 23, 2012. He is formerly of Clawson and St. Clair. He is survived by his beloved wife Evah Grace “Peggy”. Loving father of Jeff (Christine) Briggs and the late Donna Louise. Lyman is predeceased by his sisters Louise Chicka, Jane Lapinski, Loralie Owens, Michelene Korachis and Zelda Smith. Visitation will be Sunday, August 26, 2012 from 3pm to 9pm and a funeral service Monday, August 27, 2012 at 11am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R, Madison Heights, MI 48071. Burial will take place at Oakview Cemetery in Royal Oak, MI. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of Michigan or St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in St. Clair, MI.
